Tell me about the weapons you use, and if you have a spare or something lying around. Or is easy to make.

[She definitely has an ulterior motive for this question seemingly born out of boredom, but whatever the case might be, she certainly hopes for some good answers.]

A katana. We might have some weapons left over from the ones we made in the fight against the Uvi. One of our coven members can make them on high frequency worlds and made a few there.

What weapons do you know how to use?

A katana? So kinda like the king...

And I don't know how to use any, which is why I'm asking. Jude's gonna teach me martial arts but I wanna learn more too and be like Ludger!

[You know what's relatable? Admiring the hell out of someone and wanting to learn to be just as badass as they are.]

What weapon does Ludger use?

A lot! Dual blades, guns, and hammers! Isn't it amazing?

[By the excitement in her tone, she truly thinks it's the coolest thing ever.]

You might try to use the kind of weapons he did with your own twist. For example, if he used pistols, you could consider trying a rifle. You could consider it a way of showing your admiration and respect for them while also demonstrating how you've discovered your own individuality along the way.

I dunno... rifles are the long ones, right? They look weird. But katanas...

[Gaius is cool, so therefore, katanas are cool. Or so it goes in her book.]

Katanas are incredibly cool. The coolest variety include a legend about their origin and history.

Wow, really? [Color her curious.] Does yours have one?

[splinten]

It does. My katana was said to be forged by an ancient Otaku Master over the heat of a roaring manga fire. It was cooled in an enchanted spring where horses nicker and bathe, and was said could be used only by one whose pointy anime shades were deemed sweet enough, and whose hair existed in a perpetually sculpted state of looking completely fucking awesome.

Plus, my Bro left it for me to take up.

[Yeah, only one part of that is not total bullshit and actually matters and it isn't the bit about the horses]

[Elle, for better or for worse, finds herself listening to the story with bated breath, only exhaling at the end of it all. A lot of it didn't make sense--what's an otaku or anime shades for that matter--but hey, the enchanted spring and horses part sounded cool.]

Tragic as it is, this sword is the last of his work left to us. You're probably going to need to search other worlds to discover new legendary katanas.

You could start practicing with a basic, non-legendary one while you looked. Maybe the legendary one will come to you when you're ready for it.
