Oh, dual blades are an excellent choice.
[ Not just because they were the primary weapons Hibiki mentioned. ]
I believe that Brie offered to make weapons once, but I'm not sure if she's still willing to do it. Maybe there's someone else...or, perhaps, you'll be able to acquire them in the next world.
