I don't think that we have to worry about them too much, but I do agree that we should go and get them before the situation escalates. We know where they are, so the biggest question is whether we want to be sneaky about getting them or not.

We stand a chance on infiltration, but I don't know how subtle it's possible to be when we'll be moving a dragon. Breaking out might mean getting them out of the city as a whole.

I can fly on a broom or anything close enough. I can't give you accurate speeds but I'm fast, I can carry maybe two light people with me while still flying straight. I can probably fly through any passages that are wide enough for my hips to fit through.

...other than that, I'm pretty athletic and I know my way around a sword. At worst, I can be a really hard to catch diversion, and at best I can infiltrate if we can get any layout information.

That sounds like you'll be better for the team that has to break in. We don't know how much we'll have to go through to get in there. Someone who can get the people there to back off would be a major asset.
