I just wanted to let you know that 2B and I are doing renovations on that old house on the western side of the island. At the moment there's no water or electricity so it's probably not the most hospitable for humans...

But once it's in working order, this'll give us an outpost in this area.

Also we were discussing some hands-free lights for working in the dark. Devices like that would come in handy, right? Are there any other types of equipment you could use? Seems like during our downtime, that's something to work on. Maybe we can also establish what resources we've got at our disposal, too. We're a team and all, right?

We just come back when we die, unless we die under specific conditions.

Well, I'm hoping to die less here! It really is not pleasant even if you know you'll come back. And I don't want to risk it becoming permanent either.

That's kind of you to say, but if it comes down to you or me...I'm a soldier, it's kind of my job. Not that I'm looking for ways to get wrecked or anything.

Umm, I'm kind of a soldier too! Um... I guess? I wouldn't know how to describe it... But I wouldn't feel right letting you take a blow for me.

It's the sort of thing I was built for, and I can repair myself just fine. I mean, if I lose an arm and it's still functional I can put it right back into place. It'll adhere just fine.
