Um, hello? Ah, um, pardon my interloping in your thoughts here but, ummm... I believe we've found the source of that frightful cloudburst we've been having. It appears those ornery blue fiends are causing quite the brouhaha from their literal cooler. They seem a mite bit peeved.

[A beat.]

I, um— I don't have any suggestions, I just— I thought everyone should know.

[Another pause.]

Ah. Touche. Still, despite that, it isn't a total bust. [He isn't going to say 'it could be worse' because those are cursed words. But he does take a more positive route.] They said the casualties were pretty low.

We did leave things better than they would have otherwise been. Even freezing them in might be a net positive, if we use the time gained wisely.
