[yeah, this hasn't really been the greatest of weeks for Madoka, and the way the entire city is cloaked and flowers and thoughts for things lost is probably only fitting.]
[she could use a good distraction right now — and she figures that after the lockdown and whatever else they may be going through, maybe someone else might like one, too. so, at some point in the evening, she sends out what is hopefully not a too intrusive brain text:]Hi. What's your favorite thing from back home? I'd like to try to draw it for you.
Or, we could just talk about it, if you prefer.

[suddenly, a voice!]Hello! I hope everyone's doing all right now that we're back here on the island.
Um. Sorry if this is a weird question, but ... if you're an experienced fighter, what sort of training do you do that helps you out the most? The sort of thing that maybe a beginner could pick up on easily?[beginner isn't really the right word for Madoka. but with her usual abilities out of reach, floating along with wherever the high frequency is, and with only a bow that's older than she is to use as a weapon, she's not that many steps ahead of one. does that make her a novice? first class? junior hero?]It couldn't hurt to have that information out there, anyway. For the people who didn't do any fighting back home.

Hello there.
This is Jay. If we haven't spoken yet, I've been with this "coven" more or less since its beginning, and I helped coordinate defense during the first Uvi raid. Feel free to ask me any questions you don't want to bother Genette or Brie with; a more informed group benefits us all, after all.
I'm talking to you all in interest of that, actually: a number of us have expressed that a comprehensive listing of everyone's abilities, particularly those granted us by Qri, would be useful to have. If you'll come talk to me about yours, either over telepathy or in person, that would be much appreciated. Genette should know about your Qri-granted power, if you don't.
