Um, hello? Ah, um, pardon my interloping in your thoughts here but, ummm... I believe we've found the source of that frightful cloudburst we've been having. It appears those ornery blue fiends are causing quite the brouhaha from their literal cooler. They seem a mite bit peeved.

[A beat.]

I, um— I don't have any suggestions, I just— I thought everyone should know.

[Another pause.]

Mm, I think that must be it, yep. I'd say they'll settle down but... they seem like a rowdy bunch, so that's unlikely.

But... they couldn't use their water magic when they were down here. It was too far away, so if their home is so far away, how are they able to make it rain here?

[Were they able to reach further in the water?]

Unless... did they already get out?

They haven't gotten out yet, thank goodness. I don't really have an answer. Maybe because ice is just frozen water, they've figure out a way to use it?

I think we did the best we could. [That much he's certain of.] I think, um, whatever happens, we did the best we could with what we knew?

I'm not entirely sure. I think, um, we should monitor the situation at least? It's a bit... um, well, troubling, to say the least.

Um, well, I don't... I don't think anyone is actively at the moment?

Maybe... maybe we should have somebody check every once in a while. To keep an eye on them, like you said.

I can fly, so I don't mind making the trips. It's the least I can do.

Well isn't that handy! I'm sure your magic will save us in a pinch. I mean, the whole problem sort of revolves around water, so it's bound to be the solution somehow, too.
