Um, hello? Ah, um, pardon my interloping in your thoughts here but, ummm... I believe we've found the source of that frightful cloudburst we've been having. It appears those ornery blue fiends are causing quite the brouhaha from their literal cooler. They seem a mite bit peeved.

[A beat.]

I, um— I don't have any suggestions, I just— I thought everyone should know.

[Another pause.]

I ... wasn't able to, either. But I feel like I should have.

I just, um, I felt like... I wouldn't contribute as much. So I just stayed behind to help out down here, but...

[He's not sure if that was the right decision.]

[ oh no this guy. he's triggering every part of akira that likes helping people... at least he isn't trying to eat shampoos this time? ]

I'm sure you would have been great. [ a pause. ] Strength in numbers, right?

[The shampoos were labelled with the names of food okay. But even though Akira can't see it, Jake nods.]

That's true. Um, I mean, it goes for you, too. [That's the real reason he's agreeing; Akira expressed the same sentiment, so he doesn't want to make him feel bad.] I'm sure you can lend a hand, too.

[ he hesitates, not sure if he wants to continue for pride's sake, but. but he's never been too prideful of a person. so. ]

I rushed into battle alone and got hurt. So I wasn't able to go the first time. I think this time could be better.

Yeah? Hm. Maybe we should start a support group.

Ha, a support group for reckless bedfellows might just result in us all encouraging each other's terrible ideas.

And what's so bad about that?

Isn't a support group supposed to stop you from whatever it is you're doing? Or is that just in movies?

Sounds more like an intervention. But I get your point. That could be a problem.

Well, even so, it'd be pretty dull to stop being completely reckless, though... It's basically my whole fighting style.
